Client: Secret Garden Party

Secret Garden Party

Role: Visual Production, 3D projection mapping, art direction, DJ
Brief: Create and produce a unique interactive and
immersive audio visual experience.
Response: The Secret Garden Party was an independent arts and music festival based in Cambridgeshire. In collaboration with promoters Wormfood and Rejenr8 Productions, Anomalous designed visual content that would accompany an incredible stage show and workshop space that ran across the three day event. Utilising Rejenr8’s bespoke 360 degree dome, we created and performed custom immersive visuals that reacted to the crowd and artists. Featuring circus performers, dancers and some of the UK’s leading garage, house & techno DJ’s, the dome combined 3D mapping projection alongside VJ mash ups and DJ battles. During the day the dome was used as a holistic workshop space for dance performances, children's arts & crafts classes and meditation events.
Outcome: Supported and funded by The Secret Garden Party art initiative, the dome welcomed over 3000 attendees over the festival duration and was featured in SGP media and press.
