More Like Trees

Role: Video Production
Brief: Capture the spirit of three piece band
More Like Trees for the launch EP Full Circle

Response: More Like Trees (MLT) describe themselves as Strum & Bass - a mixture of acoustic dance music incorporating elements of Flamenco, Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, Dubstep, Folk, Jazz & Classical. Featuring actor Josh Whitehouse (Mr Burberry, Poldarkl) on guitar & vocals, Matt Whitehouse on Cajon/Percussion and Lachlan Radford on double bass, the group embody a sense of fun and frivolity.

In keeping with the bands attitude record label BBE wanted a playful and relaxed music video for title track ‘Keep On Going’. Working closely with the band to get intimate footage while on tour in Croatia, Anomalous captured a mixture stage performances, off the cuff live shows and general tomfoolery.

Outcome: Music video used across website and social media
for the More Like Trees EP launch.
