Brief: Create a visual celebration of UK club culture for event guest
Response: Red Bull Music Academy took over the London Eye for Revolutions in Sound, an epic live streamed event where every capsule saw a legendary club night come alive with the original resident DJs and superstar guests. From The Haçienda to Fabric and Blitz Club to Boiler Room it featured performances from Mark Ronson, Lily Allen, Katy B, Skream, Richie Hawtin and Rudimental to name a few. Meanwhile at the foot of the London Eye, 2000 dancers took part in a Silent Disco battle featuring Ashley Beedle,
Felix Da Housecat, The 2 Bears and Jackmaster.

Using an extensive archive of club culture videos and graphic content our visual team mixed this footage with the capsule live streams direct onto huge LED screens towering over the silent disco dancefloor. Complimenting the live DJ battle our VJ's created a unique visual interpretation for the guests below the London Eye.
Results: Over one million viewers tuned in from around the world to catch the action online. This was a world first in live streaming with all 30 capsules broadcast simultaneously in real-time via channel 4's 4OD platform, while concurrent streams were available on site and via YouTube for fans across the globe. The event generated a huge buzz on social media and was one of the highest global press impacts for Red Bull Music Academy.
