Jelly Parlour of Wonders
Role: Production, set design and dressing.
Brief: Design and install a jelly parlour in Harrods Food Hall to celebrate Bompas & Parr's ninth birthday.
Response: To produce a unique retail environment that fully represented the brand, we helped to create a unique ice cream experience for the Harrods clientele. Visitors to the parlour could choose from a range of Harrods-inspired jelly shapes, including a model of the iconic Knightsbridge department store itself. With a wide variety of flavours available the brand introduced their special rose and pistachio ribband blancmange; marbled coral with Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve whisky and raspberry; Chartreuse and peach; yellowgage plum and Harrods Riesling; Champagne with summer fruits and a violet elderflower set with fresh blueberries.
Outcome: The Jelly Parlour of Wonders launched in London’s most famous department store Harrods and ran for three of weeks tempting adults into its saucy array of alcohol enthused ice creams.
